1. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of modular business management systems (BowERP, BowCRM, BowHRM) and AI retrieval technologies offered by Shiv Bow (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India.
We operate 100% remotely. Process audits are conducted over video calls and screen-share sessions. Custom system configurations, GST-ready invoicing schemas, and database deployments are validated remotely through our signature lifetime SLA contract policies.
2. Privacy Policy & DPDP Compliance
In strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, we assure our enterprise clients that we act only as Data Processors for your employee shift, attendance, and biometric records.
All processed data remains strictly local or isolated on local private network structures based on private cloud options chosen by your management. We do not use proprietary client supply-chain, transaction, or staff records to train external AI models.
3. AI Diagnostic & Proposal Disclaimer
Any recommendations, estimated savings, timeline estimates, or diagnostic blueprints generated by the Shiv Bow AI Innovation Lab beta tool are preliminary system draft proposals.
These outputs are generated based on preliminary automated MSME input, and do not constitute an active system contract. Final operational specs, database capacities, and custom API pipeline designs will be formalized during remote process mapping audits.
